(Sept. 12-17) — In a tour-de-force performance, writer-actor Aaron Davidman conjures a host of different characters while seeking answers to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Creatively adapting his acclaimed one-man stage show using only simple props and backdrops, Davidman takes a multidimensional journey into the heart of the Middle East, and the intersection of politics, identity and spiritual yearning. Directed by Dylan Kussman.

After the screening join our own David Chapman of NIF, Rabbi Marisa James of Congregation Beit Simchat Torah and Rabbi Jessica Kate Meyer of Romemu for a conversation about the themes of the film. When the program ends at 9:30, Thalia Bar will remain open for food, drink, and more informal discussion.

Evening co-sponsored by the New Israel Fund, Congregation Beit Simchat Torah, and Romemu.
